I want to return my items. How can I do this?
Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:
- Please log onto the Returns Portal via https://next.returnsunlimited.com
- Select the relevant country and preferred language, then enter your email address and returns reference number. You can find your returns reference number on your returns note.
- Once logged in, complete the required information for the items being returned and choose if you would like to drop off your returns or request a collection.
- Once completed, print your return label which is displayed on the last page and attach it to the outside of the parcel (making sure that the original label is not visible anymore). Please keep a copy of this as it has all the relevant information for your return.
- To allow us to process your returns successfully, simply tick the items being returned on the returns note. Please ensure you include both your items and returns note inside the parcel.
- Take your return to your nearest Aramex office or wait for your collection. No postage is paid at the time of making the return as we’ll deduct a 3 BHD returns charge from your refund.
- Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to the original payment method.
