We process orders quickly so that your items arrive as soon as possible. This means we’re unable to change or cancel your order once you’ve placed it.
The only exception to this is if you want to cancel an item that is on a delay. To do this please follow these steps:
- Sign into ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Orders’.
- In the expected section you’ll see a list of the items that haven’t been delivered.
- If your item is delayed then you’ll have the option to ‘Cancel Item’, click this and then ‘Yes, cancel item’.
When you receive your order, please take a look at the items. If you still feel they aren’t suitable, just return them to us for a full refund. For more information on how to return an item, click here.
