Free Delivery available on all orders over 149 zl.
Your order will normally be delivered within 2 days to your chosen Parcel Shop (orders placed by 1:30pm local time).
Delivery lead times will be confirmed at checkout. Please allow extra days for delivery during German holidays, UK national holidays, weekends, sale times & during strike actions.
Shop as usual. At the checkout page, choose 'Collection' and select your chosen pickup point. A full list of pickup points can be found here.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with details of when and where to pick up your parcel.
Collect your parcel at your convenience. It will be held for 7 days at the local shop before being returned to our depot.
Make sure to bring your order confirmation email/SMS and a valid form of personal identification.
