Returning an item is easy! Just follow the steps below:

Prepare Your Return
Use the returns note included in your parcel.
Tick the items you are returning on the form.
Place both the items and the completed returns note inside your parcel.

Book Your Return Online
Visit: https://nextreturns.skynetworldwide.com
Follow the steps in the portal.
You’ll need your Returns Reference Number, found on your returns note.
Note: A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund when using this service.

Drop-Off Your Parcel
Choose the drop-off option during the booking process.
You’ll receive a QR code.
Take your parcel and QR code to your selected drop-off location.
The staff will scan the code and print the return label for you.

Invalid Address Error – What to Do
If you see an errors, check that your suburb, postcode, and state match correctly. Only use one of the valid state codes listed.
Valid state codes: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, NT

Final Steps
Keep your proof of return receipt until your refund has been processed.
Refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
