How will my parcel be delivered, and what is the delivery timeframe?
Your order will be delivered by our trusted partner, Skynet.
Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within 4-5 working days from the date your order is confirmed. The precise delivery lead times will always be confirmed for you at checkout.
Pickup points
Free Shipping is available on all orders over $125. Orders under $125 will be charged at a flat rate of $10 per order.
Your order will normally be delivered within 5 business days to your chosen pickup point (orders placed by 8pm UK time). Exact delivery date will be confirmed at checkout. Please allow extra days for delivery during UK and local national holidays, weekends, sale times & during strike actions.
Shop as usual. At the checkout page, choose 'Collection' and select your chosen pickup point. You have access to over 4,300+ Post Offices and 700+ 24/7 Parcel Lockers provided by AusPost. A full list of pickup points can be found here
You will receive a confirmation from our partners SkyNet or directly from AusPost, via email and/or messenger or SMS when your order is ready for collection. You can keep a track of your parcels journey via Skynet here
Once confirmed, collect at your convenience but please note Parcel Lockers can only store your order for up to 48 hours after which point, your shipment wil transferred to the nearest Post Office where it will be kept for a further 10 business days before being returned.
Make sure to bring your order confirmation email/SMS and a valid form of personal identification matching the order details.

Will I be charged customs fees?
Great news for our Australian customers! Our terms of sale are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
The amount you pay at checkout is fully inclusive of delivery, all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, including the 10% GST.
You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.
Additional Delivery Notes
PO Box Deliveries: While we aim to meet our standard delivery promise for PO Box addresses, please note that during busy periods or due to the current operational availability within the Australia Post (AUSPost) network, delivery to a PO Box may require extra transit time. We recommend checking current AUSPost delivery estimations for the most up-to-date timing.
Multiple Orders: If you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed and shipped together to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible.
International Shipping: We are sorry, but shipping to an alternative address in another country is not possible.
