Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods. Additional time may be required during sales, UK bank holidays, Australian national holidays, weekends, and other local public holidays, when delivery schedules may differ.

What are the shipping costs?

Free Shipping: All orders over $125 qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping: Orders under $125 will be charged at a flat rate of $10 per order.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Great news for our Australian customers! Our terms of sale are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
The amount you pay at checkout is fully inclusive of delivery, all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, including the 10% GST.
You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.

PO Box Deliveries: While we aim to meet our standard delivery promise for PO Box addresses, please note that during busy periods or due to the current operational availability within the Australia Post (AUSPost) network, delivery to a PO Box may require extra transit time.
