Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size/colour? Not a problem. You can
return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your
order and get a full refund. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items.
You can only return cosmetics, toiletries, some jewellery and items with a security seal if
they’re faulty.

Our returns process is simple. Just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the
steps below:
- Select the reason code for the item(s) you’re returning.
- Tear off the completed returns note and place it inside the parcel with the item(s). This is really important as we can’t process a refund without it.
- Peel off the returns address label and stick it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is no longer visible.
- Return your parcel using your preferred method of postage. Please be aware we don’t offer free postage on returns, and you can’t return an item purchased online to a Next store. However, you can keep the cost down by returning your items in country.
- Hold onto your proof of postage until you receive your refund. We ask you to allow 28 days plus 3-7 working days, depending on the payment method you used to place your order. We automatically use the same payment method for the refund.
If you no longer have the returns note, please contact us so that we can email you a
Replacement.
Please ensure you follow the above instructions so that your refund goes through
smoothly.
