If you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel all or just some of your order then you have up to 1 hour after placing the order to do so.
To cancel your order within the hour:
- Sign into ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Orders'.
- You’ll see a list of your items, click on the ‘Cancel Item’ button to cancel each item.
Note: Delayed items can be cancelled at any time as long as they have not been dispatched.
