Free Delivery available on all orders over DKK400.
Your order will normally be delivered within 3 days to your chosen Parcel Shop (orders placed by 1:30am local time).
Delivery lead times will be confirmed at checkout. Please allow extra days for delivery during German holidays, UK national holidays, weekends, sale times & during strike actions.
Shop as usual. At the checkout page, choose 'Collection' and select your chosen pickup point. A full list of pickup points can be found here.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with details of when and where to pick up your parcel.
Collect your parcel at your convenience. It will be held for 21 days at the local shop before being returned to our depot.
Make sure to bring your order confirmation email/SMS and a valid form of personal identification.
