How do I return?

I want to return my items. How can I do this?

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. Please log onto the Returns Portal via https://returns.asendia.com/next/fr-FR
2. Follow the steps in the Returns Portal to create your returns address label. You will need your returns reference number to complete this (this can be found on your returns note found inside the parcel).
3. Once completed, print your returns label and attach the return label to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is not visible anymore.
4. Please complete your returns note that came with your order, then place it inside the parcel with the items being returned. This will help us process your refund.
5. Take your return to your nearest Post Office. Please keep a copy of your Colissimo returns reference until you receive your refund.
6. €7 return fees will be deducted from your refund.
7. Your refund can take up to 14 days to be processed.
