How do I return?

I want to return my items. How can I do this?

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. Please log onto https://nextreturns.skynetworldwide.com

2. Follow the stages in the portal. You will need your Returns Reference shown on the returns note inside your package to complete this.

3. Please select between your preferred return option, either dropping your parcel off at the drop off point or requesting a collection from your door. 89 HKD will be deducted from your refund for using this service.

4. A) If you have selected to drop your parcel off, take your parcel to the drop off point along with the QR code generated when arranging your return. The drop off point will print your returns label for you.

   B) If you have requested a collection, attach the returns address label that you will print off via the portal to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is not visible any more.

5. To allow us to process your returns successfully, simply tick the items being returned on the returns note. Please ensure you include both your items and returns note inside the parcel.
   Keep the proof of return receipt safe until your refund has been processed. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
