Your order will normally be delivered within 4 business days to your chosen pickup point (orders placed by 8pm UK time). Exact delivery date will be confirmed at checkout. Please allow extra days for delivery during UK and local national holidays, weekends, sale times & during strike actions.
Shop as usual. At the checkout page, choose 'Collection' and select your chosen pickup point. In Hong Kong you have access to over 350+ Pick up points provided by 7-Eleven powered by Jumppoint. A full list of pickup points can be found here
You will receive a confirmation from our partners SkyNet or directly from Jumppoint, via email and/or messenger or SMS when your shipment is ready for collection. You can keep a track of your parcels journey via Skynet here
Once confirmed, collect at your convenience but please note Pick up points can only store your order for up to 48 hours after which point, your shipment will be transferred back to our partner warehouse in country, and further contact will be made with you by our customer service representative.
Make sure to bring your unique QR code sent via SMS and a valid form of personal identification matching the order details.

Additional delivery information
We’re sorry, shipping to an alternative address other than the account address is not possible. This includes a PO Box or an address in another country.
Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.
