We will send an email or text once your order is ready for collection at your chosen store. Please take your order confirmation email and some form of personal identification when collecting your order, for example; driving license, utility bill, credit or a debit card. The name on the identification must be the same as the name on the account. We will hold onto your order for 10 days. If you can’t collect it by this time, your parcel will be returned and a refund will be processed.
