Rates & Timing
- Shipping Fee: Fixed rate of ¥800 for all orders.
- Delivery Time: Usually 3–4 working days. During sales, this may extend to 14–21 days (confirmed at checkout).
- No Hidden Fees: Orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Your total at checkout includes all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Shipping Restrictions
- Address: We only ship to your registered account address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, business addresses, or locations outside of Japan.
- Consolidation: Orders placed close together may be packed in a single shipment to speed up delivery.
Order Tracking & Issues
How to Track
Log into My Account → Orders to view the status of shipments or returns. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you (please check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive).
Missing or Incorrect Items
- Split Shipments: If items are missing, they may be shipping from a different warehouse or delayed due to stock. Please check your parcel insert or your email for a second tracking number.
- Order Not Received: If tracking shows "Delivered" but the parcel is missing, contact us for assistance.
- Wrong or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately before returning it so we can advise on the next steps.
