How to Return
Our returns process is simple. Please use the returns note included in your parcel and follow the steps below:
- Prepare Your Return Parcel
- To ensure successful processing, simply tick the items you are returning on the returns note.
- Please make sure you include both the item(s) and the returns note inside the parcel to ensure your refund is processed.
- Don't worry if you no longer have the returns note that was included in your parcel. As long as your item still has its original tag(s) attached, you do not need a replacement returns note. You can simply send the item back to us, and your refund will be processed using the barcode on the tag.
- If the original tags have been removed from your items, we can send you a new returns note by email. Please note you must return the untagged items together with the returns note to ensure your refund is processed.
- Attach the Address Label
- Peel off the pre-printed returns address label and stick it firmly to the outside of the parcel.
- Ensure that the original delivery label is completely covered or no longer visible.
- Ship the Parcel
- Return your parcel using your preferred shipping method.
- Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Next.
- Keep Your Proof of Return
- Keep your proof of return receipt (e.g., shipping receipt, tracking number) safe until your refund has been processed.
- Refund Processing
- You will receive a refund within 28 days to the original payment method that you used to place your order.

Eligibility for a Full Refund
- You can return any unworn items (in their original, resalable condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- If an item is not returned within the specified time, we reserve the right to retain the item(s), not issue a refund at all, or refund only the current or last selling price.
Non-Returnable Items and Special Conditions
- This policy does not affect your legal rights regarding the return of faulty items.
- Cosmetics, toiletries, and certain items of jewelry can only be returned if they are faulty.
- If a product has a security sticker warning that it cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund will not be given if the seal is broken, except in accordance with your legal rights.
Exchanges
- We apologise, but we do not offer an exchange service.
- If an item is unsuitable (e.g., wrong size or color), please simply return the item to us for a full refund as per our 'Returns Policy,' and then place a new order for the item(s) you want.
