You can arrange a return by logging into your account and selecting the item you wish to return. If you checked out as a Guest customer then please follow the steps under the ‘Guest Accounts Only’ section.
- Log into your registered account here.
- Within ‘My Orders’, locate the parcel you wish to return items from (you can find this within the delivered section). Click ‘Arrange A Return’ to start the returns process.
- Select the item/s you wish to return and click ‘Confirm Items’.
- Select your preferred method of return (collection or drop off) Please note: if collection is selected, Aramex will use the address registered on your account. If you prefer an alternative address, please edit the collection address.
- Once you have chosen your preferred method of return, select ‘confirm return’. You will receive an email including the returns label, alternatively you will be presented with an option to download the returns label on the confirmation page.
- Print your return label and attach it to the parcel (making sure the original label is not visible anymore)
- Take your return to your nearest Aramex office or wait for your collection.
If you are unable to print the returns label, please take a note of the tracking code, which can be found below the barcode on your label and give this to Aramex during your collection or drop off.

- Print your return label and attach it to the parcel (making sure the original label is not visible anymore)
- Take your return to your nearest Aramex office or wait for your collection.
Important Information
Please keep a copy of your returns label as it has all the relevant information for your return.
No postage is paid at the time of making the return as we'll deduct a 2 KWD returns charge from your refund.
Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed back to the original payment method.
