How do I return items?

Start your return

1. Select Start your return above to begin
2. Choose your country and follow the on-screen steps
3. Print your return label and attach it to the parcel (making sure the original label is not visbile anymore)
4. Take your return to your nearest Aramex office or wait for your collection.

Please keep a copy of your returns label as it has all the relevant information for your return.

No postage is paid at the time of making the return as we'll deduct a 3 KWD returns charge from your refund.

Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed back to the original payment method.

Please be aware that the return process may take longer than normal due to the current situation.
