How do I return?

I want to return my items. How can I do this?

1. Please log onto https://nextreturns.skynetworldwide.com 
2. Follow the stages in the portal to create your return address label. You will need your Returns Reference shown on the next page to complete this.
3. Please select between your preferred return option, either dropping your parcel off at the drop off point or requesting a collection from your door.
4. Once completed, print your return label which is displayed on the last page and attach it to the outside of the parcel (making sure that the original label is not visible anymore). Please keep a copy of this as it has all the relevant information for your return.
5. To allow us to process your returns successfully, simply tick the items being returned on the next page. Please ensure you include both your items and returns note inside the parcel. 
6. Take your return to your nearest drop off point or wait for your collection. No postage is paid at the time of making the return as we’ll deduct a €7 returns charge from your refund.
7. Keep the proof of return receipt safe until your refund has been processed. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
