How do I return?

I want to return my items. How can I do this?

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. To allow us to process your returns successfully, simply tick the items being returned on the returns note. Please ensure you include both your items and returns note inside the parcel.
2. Peel off the returns address label and stick it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is no longer visible.
3. Please peel and attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of your parcel, making sure that the original label is not visible anymore.
4. Take your return parcel to a Post Office and keep the receipt provided until your refund has been processed.
5. €4 will be deducted from your refund for using this service.
6. You will receive a refund within 7-10 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
