How do I return?

I want to return my items. How can I do this?

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. To allow us to process your returns successfully, simply tick the items being returned on the returns note. Please ensure you include both your items and returns note inside the parcel.
2. Peel off the returns address label and stick it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is no longer visible.
3. Return your parcel using your preferred method. Postage is paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Next. Stores outside of the UK & Republic of Ireland can not accept returns.
4. Keep the proof of return receipt safe until your refund has been processed.
5. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
