All orders will be charged at 22 SAR for shipping per order.
Delivery lead times will be confirmed at checkout based on stock availability and location.
If your order contains items from our GCC warehouse and UK warehouse then we will split your delivery in order to get items to you as quickly as possible.
Please ensure your city location is correct for the fastest possible delivery.
Please allow extra days for delivery during Saudi & UAE holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time.
We’re sorry that shipping to an alternative address in another country is not possible.
Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.
Please note that if you have received any deliveries via Aramex, your parcel will be delivered to the last stored address and not the address on your Next account. You can change this by contacting Aramex or using the Aramex App.

Will I be charged customs fees?
You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.
Our terms of sale to our customers in Saudi Arabia are DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. That is to say, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
Please note that you will now be asked to provide your Saudi national ID number when you place an order with us, as this is now a legal requirement for customs clearance. If you are not a Saudi National, please use your passport number instead. Please bare in mind that we will save this number to make it faster for you to shop with us in future. So, if you don’t want us to keep it, please send an email to KSAIDREMOVAL@next.co.uk using your account registration email address.
Orders over 1,000 SAR: Important Customs Information
As per Saudi government legislation, orders exceeding 1,000 SAR require a one-time digital verification via Saudi Customs (Fasah). To ensure your delivery is not delayed or returned:
- Look out for an SMS: You’ll receive a message from Fasah with a link to "claim" your shipment.
- Link your ID: Simply follow the link to securely connect your National ID or Iqama to your parcel.
- Why it matters: This is a mandatory government requirement for high-value imports. To avoid your order being returned to Next, please complete this step as soon as you receive the message.
Good to know: Once you’ve linked your ID for the first time, future orders with the same courier will usually be processed automatically.
