Home Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 working days. Exact delivery times will be
confirmed at checkout.
Orders over SGD 150 will now be free delivery. The Delivery fee for orders under SGD 150 will be SGD 7.
Please note that delivery may take longer during sale periods, local public holidays, and UK
bank holidays.
Pickup point
Shipping is currently free for all orders over 150 SGD. Orders under this amount will be charged at 7 SGD for shipping per order.
Your order will normally be delivered within 6 business days to your chosen pickup point (orders placed by 8pm UK time). Exact delivery lead time will be confirmed at checkout. Please allow extra days for delivery during UK and local national holidays, weekends, sale times & during strike actions.
Shop as usual. At the checkout page, choose 'Collection' and select your chosen pickup point. In Singapore you have access to over 1200+ Pick up points provided by Singapore Post. A full list of pickup points can be found here
You can keep a track of your parcels journey via Skynet here but you will receive a confirmation when the order is ready for collection from our partners SkyNet or directly from SingPost. You will also receive a reminder to pick up your shipment on days 3 and 4.
Please collect at your convenience but note Pickup points will only store your order for up to 72 hours after which point, your shipment will be returned.
Make sure to bring your order confirmation email/SMS and a valid form of personal identification matching the order details.

We’re sorry that shipping to an alternative address in another country is not possible.
Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.
Will I be charged customs fees?
You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.
Our terms of sale to our customers in Singapore are DDP – Delivered Duty Paid. That is to say, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
