If your items have been returned to us outside of our returns policy, then we’ll issue you with a refund in the form of a credit note voucher.
Here’s a reminder of our returns policy: items must be returned to us in a perfect condition, in its original packaging and within 28 days of you receiving the item. For more information on our returns policy click here.
The credit note voucher can be used in store or online.
To use your credit note voucher in store, simply present the credit note voucher to a member of our staff at the till point.
To use your credit note voucher online, simply select ‘Credit Note Voucher Payment’ at checkout, and enter the Card Number and Unique Pin when prompted. You will find this on your Late Return Credit Note Voucher email.
The credit note voucher must be used within 6 months of the issue date. The expiry date can be found on your late return credit note voucher
You’ll be sent a reminder 4 weeks before the expiry date.
Credit Note Vouchers should only be issued for non-faulty items returned after the 28 day period. Please call us on 016 968 210 so that we can rectify this for you.
Yes. In line with our returns policy.
Yes, you can pay for your order using the credit note voucher and another payment method. E.g. Debit Card, Paypal.
