How do I return?

I want to return my items. How can I do this?

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. To allow us to process your returns successfully, simply tick the items being returned on the returns note. Please ensure you include both your items and returns note inside the parcel.
2. Peel off the returns address label and stick it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is no longer visible.
3. Return your parcel by using either a Ukrposhta branch (cost of return: from 40 UAH), a Nova Poshta branch (The cost of return: from 60 UAH) or by requesting a Meest Poshta courier collection (fixed cost of return: 85 UAH).
4. The items being returned need to be sent to one of the addresses listed below.
5. Keep the proof of return receipt safe until your refund has been processed.
6. Your refund can take up to 14 days to be processed.
