How do I return?

I want to return my items. How can I do this?

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. Please log onto https://re.ship.shop/en  
2. Follow the stages in the portal to create your return address label. You will need your
   Order/Shipment number shown on the next page to complete this.
3. Please select the correct size of your package.
4. Once you have completed the steps in the portal you will receive an email and SMS with full instructions on how to return your item(s).
5. To allow us to process your returns successfully, simply tick the items being returned on the next page. Please ensure you include both your items and returns note inside the parcel.
6. Keep the proof of return receipt safe until your refund has been processed. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
7. Please note that 200 UAH will be deducted from your refunded amount for using this service.
